Fundamental of Transitional Ministry

CTM, Parkville Fundamental of Transitional Ministry is a program that teaches capabilities to assist you to lead a congregation or other organisation through times of change or trauma. It is for anyone who wants to be a better leader in the midst of change and transition. It is also the first part of a two part program that equips people for Intentional Interim Ministry.
