We had a rich and rewarding time together as we reflected on the cycles of creativity in our lives and how we sustained in the different cycles in ministry. Over lunch one day we talked about books we'd been reading and I've added a list of as many of the books as I could remember below along with a PDF of the cycles of creativity we spent some time exploring together.
Planning for next years event has begun with the likely theme being The hem of the garment.
This year’s Women in Ministry gathering will combine time for retreat, learning and input and sharing our stories. We will reflect on the value of presence and how we stay healthy and sustained in ministry and for ministry. We will draw on a DVD resource developed during Trish Watts’ visit to Melbourne last year and local leaders and presenters.
This event is preceded by the Last Tuesday Reading Group, which offers a day for self directed reading and an interesting lunch guest. On Tuesday 28th our lunch guest will be Coralie Ling.
All women in ministry are welcome to attend.
