The Web of Learning

The primary focus of the vision for the Centre is to be a resource and to facilitate and encourage a web of learning linking congregations, presbyteries, other agencies and the Centre.

This Web has at its conceptual centre the individual or community (congregation, presbytery or small group) for whom the resources are available.

Whether it be a candidate training for the ordained ministry, a children’s ministry worker, a young adult exercising leadership, or a council of elders striving to be faithful, the Centre seeks to partner other educational enterprises in ensuring that every disciple finds ready access to be challenged, equipped and formed for their vocation.

The primary task of establishing and resourcing the Web is to ensure that regional access to learning is possible through face-to-face opportunities, online learning, effective resources and information.
