Ordained in 1980, Jenny has spent 15 years of ordained ministry working in congregational life and another 10 years in educational roles. Early parish work in Williamstown and North Ringwood was followed by ten years working as the Director of Lay Education in the synod, based at Otira College in Kew. Her passion for leadership development led to doctoral research in the development of leadership in a not-for-profit organization and studies in adult education.



In the early 2000s Jenny was minister in the Pilgrim congregation in Adelaide and returned to Melbourne to take up this current position midway through 2009.
